Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is offered to adults and youth (16+) in various outdoor locations or online/virtual via video call.

EMDR (Specialty)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is offered to individuals in online settings.

Family Counselling (Specialty)

Family counselling is offered in outdoor and online settings.

Couple Counselling (Specialty)

Couple counselling is offered in outdoor and online settings.
